What's a typical day as Research Program Administrator? You'll be:
• Accountable for developing, implementing, and maintaining the efficient operation of the ADC research program, reporting to the Research Program Manager.
• Providing overall administrative direction, including coordinating all aspects of the ADC research program, such as administration, implementation, communication, and resource management.
• Exercising independent decision-making within a delegated area of authority to ensure smooth research operations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a 2-year associate degree or have 3 years of related experience.
• Have a passion for learning and problem-solving, with the ability to challenge the status quo.
• Possess strong collaboration skills to work effectively within the team and across other groups.
