Location: Windsor, CT
Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour
Hours:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (includes a 7% shift differential)

Our client is a leading provider in ground support vehicles for Aviation industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services. We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Refrigeration/HVAC Assemblers in Windsor, CT.
What's a Typical Day as a Refrigeration/HVAC Assembler?
As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Performing assembly work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Following detailed instructions and assembly procedures to produce high-quality products.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Reporting any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to [insert weight] pounds and stand for extended periods.
