About:
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring efforts by managing candidate scheduling, travel arrangements, and onsite interview logistics.

What You'll Do:

•  Own candidate scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Manage calendar invites, Zoom links, and logistics to ensure a seamless interview process.
•  Book travel and accommodations for candidates when needed.
•  Greet and assist candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to adjust schedules and accommodate last-minute changes.
• Maintain accurate interview records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Greenhouse experience is a plus). 
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule—some days will require 8+ hours, while others may be as few as 4 hours, based on hiring needs.
•  Stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment where scheduling changes come from multiple directions.

What We're Looking For:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.
•  Proficiency in Google Calendar and scheduling tools.
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you don't let things slip through the cracks. 
• Ability to handle frequent scheduling changes without getting flustered.
• Dependability and onsite presence—this role requires being physically available to support candidates and teams.
• A flexible mindset—some days will require longer hours to support a busy interview schedule, while others may be lighter.
•  A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude in a dynamic startup environment
