Recruiter (Professional and Industrial) Kelly Services Location: US - Bartlett, IL (On Site) Pay Range: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Hours: 8am-5pm (1hr lunch) This position is a contract expected to run until the end of March 2025, but with potential to go longer.
Our client is an industry leader and specializes in the engineering and manufacturing of mechatronic drive systems used across many different industries and applications. Many roles you might recruit for can include: assemblers, CNC operators, receptionists, customer service, maintenance mechanics, and more!
We are looking for a recruiter with experience in full cycle recruiting with capabilities to recruit for entry-level general labor, and up to engineering managers. As well as from entry level admins, up to business unit managers. This is a great opportunity for additional employment as a stepping stone but still with a potential to proceed longer than the expected 2-3 month contract. - Sourcing candidates for both production and office positions.
- Manage full cycle recruiting, up to onboarding and first week of work touch points.
- Perform various administrative tasks for the HR Department, including data entry, tracking data in spreadsheets, scheduling meetings, and more.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enter data on each candidate and move through steps in the system accordingly.
- Call and email to communicate with candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and phone screens with candidates.
- Work with HR and department managers on qualifications and requirements needed of candidates for certain positions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Able to commit to on-site attendance full-time
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as MS Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required. Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.
- Strong people and customer service skills with a positive demeanor as well as effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Complete administrative tasks with great detail and accuracy in a timely manner.
- Experience recruiting for entry level and up to manager level positions
- Professional(Office) and Industrial(manufacturing) recruiting experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
