**We are looking for hands on leader that can assist with the technicians and re-build the staff at this location to take on more business!**

Salary: $70-85,000
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7AM-3:30PM
Location: Westlake, Louisiana 
Duration: Permanent position with benefits

What's a typical day as a Railcar Repair Technician Supervisor? You'll be:
• Supervising and organizing the performance of railcar repairs
• Assigning work to employees and ensuring quality repairs are done safely and efficiently
• Planning and scheduling repairs to maximize efficiency
• Providing hands-on training and mentoring to ensure employees are qualified and have the necessary work instructions
• Reviewing work orders and minimizing deficiencies
• Conducting evaluations of employees' training requirements
• Leading accident investigations and completing incident reports
• Interacting with internal and external customers and vendors for audits and inquiries
• Conducting hazard assessments and safety meetings
