Join Our Dynamic Team: R&D Project Operations Specialist
Location: 100% Onsite - Kankakee, IL
Positions available: 2
Initial Length of Assignment: 12 Months (extendable to 14 months)
Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM



Are you passionate about revolutionizing biopharmaceutical processes and eager to make tangible contributions to scientific advancements? We invite you to embark on an exhilarating journey with our team as an R&D Project Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide development and technical support to our R&D BioProcess Sciences project through hands-on laboratory work.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of existing processes at the laboratory small scale.
  • Plan and execute experiments while coordinating activities with both internal and global R&D teams.
  • Meticulously document your laboratory work in an Electronic Lab Notebook.
  • Summarize and present development activities through memos and detailed development reports.
  • Offer data summaries to cross-functional teams, reporting directly to the Manager or Senior Manager.
Required Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with statistical software such as JMP or Minitab.
  • 1-2 years of laboratory experience.
  • Skill in statistical analysis.
