Quality Technician
Responsibilities: Helps to determine best process for implementing and effective QA/QC and RTO during execution
Manages and tracks QA/QC and RTO's during execution and ensures contractors are signing the QC's and RTO's
Develops QA/QC and RTO process for the TA per GC Quality plan guidelines and the Olefins business rules
Walks out the jobs in the field and conducts a QA/QC check on the work to verify the work is completed properly
Maintain a log of all issues, both positive and negative and document changes to the QC Program, Checklists, Templates, Spreadsheet, etc. for TA Closure Report.
Monitor's TA to ensure excellence in safety, quality, schedule, and cost results.
- Significant Safety visibility and activity. Drives safety practices, processes, and rules as required meeting "0" injuries on all activities.
Required Qualifications: * Previous experience working in turnarounds, maintenance or equipment
* Current, valid US driver's license.
* Willing to adhere to all safety standards, including the smoke/Tabaco free and drug-free workplace policy.
* Good interpersonal skills are required.
* Must have strong multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills.
* A self-starter who can identify, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.
* Able to work within an empowered team environment.
