Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking detail-oriented individuals for an exciting Quality Inspector (100% Inspection) opportunity with a respected manufacturing partner in Rochester, NY.

Location: Rochester, NY
Pay: $16–$19/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Perform 100% visual inspection and sorting of parts before shipment to ensure zero defects.
• Maintain accurate daily shipment quantities and complete detailed audit logs.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and ensure non-conforming product is flagged.
• Properly identify, label, and organize inspected products.
• Assist team members to ensure parts are verified, sorted, and shipped on time.
• Help verify and sort any discrepant or rejected parts to make them available for shipment.
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized, following all safety protocols.
• Participate in cross-functional support with quality, production, and engineering teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in inspection, quality control, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using visual acuity to inspect small parts.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs infrequently and work in a seated position for long periods.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
