Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance objectives that align with corporate goals.
  • Conduct quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality.
  • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to analyze data and evaluate process changes.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, helping to maintain the integrity of the quality management system.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in Quality Engineering, must be in a manufacturing environment.
  • Background: Must have electromechanical experience
  • Skills: Strong understanding of root cause analysis, corrective actions, and non-conformance procedures.
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required due to ITAR regulations.
  • Education: No degree required
