Quality Control Inspector Finishing/Framing

1st and 2nd Shift Available 
Pay: $19-20/hr

Responsible for final inspections in Finishing/Framing and other departments as applicable, on assigned shelters prior to shipment to customers.  Responsible for assuring department's complete rework and issues illustrated on write-ups from inspections.

• Performs routine daily inspections on all aspects of the job based on technical drawings and . standards with direct supervision of Department Manager/Supervisor.
• Provides detailed precise, inspection records and reports utilizing Quality Assurance logs and inspection documentation.
• Accepts or rejects work based on technical drawings and  standards.
• Reports all unresolved or open rejections to Department Supervisor for resolution through Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of construction and finishing standards based on technical drawings and established standards.
• Works with Engineering and Production as needed to resolve quality related problems.
• Check welds, check walls, roofs and floors by drawings and standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor.
