Location: Gates, NY (Easily commutable from the city)
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Mandatory Overtime during peak seasons (Extra cash opportunity!)
We are a leading printing company seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Associate to join our team on the B Shift. This position offers opportunities for overtime during peak seasons. The QC Associate will ensure that all printed materials meet company quality standards before they are shipped to customers.
What You'll Do:
- Inspect printed materials for quality, including color accuracy, alignment, and print defects.
- Monitor production runs and ensure that they meet specifications and standards.
- Report and resolve any quality issues found during the inspection process.
- Perform routine checks on materials and products at various stages of production to ensure consistent quality.
- Communicate with production team to address and resolve any issues impacting quality.
- Maintain records of inspections and quality checks for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify print quality issues.
- Previous experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required during peak seasons.
