Summary: The Compliance Specialist/Senior QA Associate ensures compliance with FDA regulations and GMPs in a GMP compliant production setting. For this position, previous experience in pharmaceutical, personal care, or cosmetic manufacturing is highly desirable.

 Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Authoring SOPs, maintaining QMS documentation, managing document reviews and approvals, conducting internal audits, and facilitating CAPA investigations.
  • The role involves analyzing trends, managing supplier programs, assisting in validation activities, and supporting regulatory inspections.
  • The QA Associate will collaborate with contract manufacturers, lead process improvements, and provide training to team members to enhance quality system performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a GMP-compliant environment, minimum.
  • 4-7 years of industry experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs, ICH Q7, and 21 CFR 211.
  • Strong communication, technical writing, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Technical writing experience highly desirable.

Details:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Target pay rate: $75,000-$95,000/year, depending on relevant professional experience
  • Compensation: Full-time benefits, including health, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401(k), and profit-sharing bonuses.
  • Location: Rochester, MN. Occasional travel for educational purposes, not regularly expected.
