What's a typical day as a Quality AssistantYou'll be responsible fora variety of administrative tasks associated with records retention. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and track all engine service records, including data entry, shipments to offsite storage, and barcode inventory
- Revise and publish changes to Standard Practice Manual on company intranet
- Provide general administrative support to the Quality department (purchasing office supplies, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, etc.)
- Track and maintain inventory of FAA signature stamps
- Support Training Department by maintaining and tracking training records
- Other administrative duties as assigned
The Quality Assistant job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high degree of organization and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook as well as the ability to quickly learn new software programs
