Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
8am-4:30pm $21.00/hr

What's a typical day as a QA Specialist? You'll be:
• Reviewing production batch documentation for compliance with cGMP good documentation requirements, reporting to the Quality Manager.
• Communicating effectively and coordinating tasks with Manufacturing and Quality Control to facilitate the timely release of products.
• Processing inspection rework activities and stock adjustments while tracking and trending functional metrics.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Possess working knowledge of various computer software programs such as Teams and Excel, and are self-motivated to work in a team environment.
• Are able to work in a filing room environment and lift up to 50 lbs for document archival as needed.

Preferred Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in QA, QC, or manufacturing within a regulated environment such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing.
• Background in Medical device, cGMP, or ISO certified environment is highly desirable.
• Data entry skills and familiarity with inventory management systems such as SAP, along with proven ability to work effectively as a member of a cross-functional team.

Physical Requirements:
Work requires recurring bending, crouching, stretching, or reaching, and may frequently operate equipment, including a keyboard with a mouse. Must be able to walk, sit, or stand immobile for prolonged periods. While usually in a comfortable environment, there will be time spent on the production floor to collect documentation. Frequent need to distinguish among or interpret a variety of sensory inputs that require attention to decode and identify, such as reading handwritten values and reviewing balance sheets.
