Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing different aspects of a facility renovation project.
- Monitoring construction activities to ensure quality and cost goals are met.
- Implementing, administering, and controlling documentation related to projects.
- Drafting SOW (Scope of Work) or User Requirements, participating in design reviews, and leading execution.
- Challenging suppliers on timelines and technical aspects.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Planning activities and tasks using dedicated management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or Excel.
- Fostering a team management philosophy in decision processes.
Qualifications:
- BS in related Engineering discipline required and 5+ years of facilities and/or construction project management experience.
- Familiar with facility renovation, able to work with minimal direction.
- High sense of urgency and ownership.
- Effective management of projects, contractor coordination, and task execution.
- Successful track record of diverse activity management and demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to organize and present technical and project management overviews independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with effective team interfacing.
- Capability to analyze and solve complex problems with entrepreneurial insight.
- Effective communication using various skills and vehicles.
- Knowledge of GMPs, FDA guidelines, and purchasing practices.
- No allergies to penicillin or cephalosporin drugs.
- 6+ months assignment, immediate need, on-site work.
