Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Calgary, AB
Hours per Week: 40 (Standard, Weekly Timesheets)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Clean Core and Global Compensation Management Solution projects. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate and deliver key project milestones, with a focus on QA, Business Analysis, and Change Management.

What You'll Do:
  • Facilitate definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables with project sponsors and steering committees.

  • Coordinate vendor and systems integrator activities; manage vendor relationships.

  • Lead Quality Assurance activities: write test scripts, coordinate and participate in testing.

  • Support Change Management initiatives in collaboration with internal OCM teams.

  • Gather and document project requirements and communicate expectations clearly.

  • Maintain strict financial and resource oversight throughout the project.

  • Create and track detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones using PM tools.

  • Deliver timely reports and presentations to stakeholders and steering committees.

  • Identify and manage risks, changes, and issues with proactive solutions.

  • Assist with post-implementation (hypercare) support and lessons learned documentation.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

  • Up to 3 years of business project management experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project teams.

  • Familiarity with technical financial systems; knowledge of accounting practices.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft).

  • Recognized certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent), with post-certification experience.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

  • Creative approach to solving technical and process-related challenges.
