Project Manager 
Remarkable Opportunity 
If you are ready to work with a growing company on exciting projects at an industry leader than Kelly Services has an opportunity for you as a Project Manager, in St. Petersburg, FL. Our client is looking for a qualified candidate who has experience managing a variety of projects, including managing schedules, budget control and handling customers. 
  Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Experience Required:
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector or relevant fields.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Key Areas of Expertise:
  • Performance Management: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Develop performance improvement plans and strategies.
  • Budget Management: Estimate and allocate resources, create and maintain project budgets, monitor project expenditures, and ensure effective financial management.
  • Contract Negotiations: Assist in contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to establish terms, administer those contracts, and ensure adherence to contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of project management and related experience.
  • Experience in performance management, managing budgets, and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrate experience of managing project dependencies and constraints.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
