Duties:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE OF LOCKOUT/TAG OUT (LOTO)
- This role is going to be more of a blend. You will be working in and around a construction area, as they are preparing to expand the data center.
- You will have "Stop Work Authority" if you notice that someone is working in an unsafe manner. You will need to be comfortable with wearing and enforcing safety equipment such as bump caps, eye protection and high visibility vests.
- It would be helpful to have someone who is familiar working with hand tools, etc.
- Receiving & Basic Receiving Inspection, driving a forklift (stand up / sit down), unpacking received goods and documenting the contents into their inventory system, putting away product, helping to keep the work area clean and orderly.
- You will also be responsible for escorting vendors around the facility
- You will be responsible from unbolting them from the pallet they arrive on, so they can be hoisted onto a dolly and taken to the buildings data center.
- You will use hand tools, Lift up to 50 lbs., and drive a fork lift.
- Ideal candidate would be someone who has handled expensive high end equipment before.
