Pay/Schedule:
$19/hr pay is increased for each machine mastered
1st shift: 5am-3pm Monday-Thursday
What's a typical day as a Production Line Lead? You'll be:
• Supervising and understanding all job descriptions in the area
• Knowing set ups/change overs, safety requirements, and quality checks for each job
• Maintaining constant throughput at each work area
• Monitoring production quality and quantity of all components
• Facilitating staging of all components
• Filling open work assignments when needed
• Keeping track of order status to ensure efficient changeovers and productivity
• Reporting any work stoppage and causes to the manager immediately
• Conducting first piece audits for every order to verify dimensions, specifications, and quality
• Keeping the work area organized, clean, and safe
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have the ability to work on 2nd shift and potential overtime
