What's a typical day as a Production Specialist? You'll be:
• Monitoring emails in a shared inbox where vendors send Certificates of Analysis (COA) and other paperwork. Forwarding COAs as needed.
• Approving invoices.
• Conducting daily checks on Stock Transport Orders (STO).
• Managing consignment materials in SAP.
• Tracking raw material consumption.
• Confirming packaging goods.
• Updating the Shift Log data in the Fert system.
• Matching Fert packaging logs with SAP through COID process.
• Creating and adjusting the Raw Material plan.
• Communicating with vendors to adjust purchase orders as needed.
• Updating the Planning file with any new updates.
• Receiving on-site materials such as drums, pallets, caustic, acid.
• Reviewing warehouse reports to ensure accuracy and communicating any issues.
• Conducting month-end physical counts and evaluating planning.
• Monitoring production plans, updates, and raw material inventory levels.
• Managing purchase order adjustments for future months.
• Handling GR (Goods Receipt) against utilities.
• Performing backflush transactions using MB1A.
• Completing month-end processes on the first business day of the month.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a strong understanding of production procedures and processes.
• Possess significant production area experience with equipment and processes.
• Can make business-based decisions regarding process quality, robustness, and capability.
• Have the ability to coordinate efforts with supply chain or upstream/downstream customers.
• Are capable of assessing and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Have experience working with SAP and other relevant systems.
• Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Are able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
