We're seeking a Capping Operator to work at a premier pharmaceutical facility in Bloomington, IN 47403. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Compensation:
- 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F - $18/hour
- 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11:30 PM, M-F - $18.35/hour
- 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday night – Monday morning - $18.50/hour

What's a typical day as a Capping Operator? You'll be:
- Supporting aseptic filling operations by staging and delivering components, conducting in-process testing, and operating capping equipment.
- Conducting inspections of filled units, batch count reconciliation, and terminal sterilization in conformance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Assisting in the training and development of other team members while maintaining organization within classified areas to prevent contamination.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED, with 6 months of previous pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Possess good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, along with basic computer and math skills.
- Are familiar with aseptic manufacturing practices and have the ability to operate various types of equipment related to manufacturing operations.
