Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$26-$30 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule; Rotating 12 hour shifts, days and nights, (explanation at the bottom of post)

What's a typical day as a Production Operator? You'll be:
• Performing daily area and equipment inspections to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Preparing materials and setting up equipment according to established recipes and work instructions.
• Monitoring and operating molten metal processing and vacuum casting equipment to maintain quality and productivity.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in foundry or molten metal processing.
• Are detail-oriented and meticulous about maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
• Possess basic computer skills for data entry into ERP systems and Excel, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in extremely hot temperatures

What is the DuPont Shift?
The DuPont shift schedule is a 12-hour rotating shift pattern. Workers are divided into four crews that each work a specific shift every 4 weeks.
The breakdown:
12-hour shifts (day shift and night shift)
• 4 crews that cover alternating shifts Rotating 4-week schedule where each crew works:

  • 4 night shifts, 3 days off
  • 3 day shifts, 1 day off
  • 3 night shifts, 3 days off
  • 4 day shifts, 7 days off
