Location: Currently in Rochester, NY (moving to Gates soon!)

Shift Opportunities:
• A Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
• B Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Sunday - Thursday)

Pay: Starting at $17/hour+, with plenty of room for growth!

Employment Type: Full-Time – be an essential part of our thriving team!

We're on the lookout for motivated and reliable Production Workers to join our dynamic manufacturing team during our bustling peak season! This is your chance to make a significant impact, ensuring that every package is delivered to the right person/business, on time.

What You'll Do:
• Load Materials: Efficiently load materials into machines to keep operations running smoothly.
• Operate Machines: Safely handle machinery to maximize output and minimize downtime.
• Move Products: Transport and organize products to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Make Boxes: Assemble boxes and packaging for finished products, ensuring they are secure and ready for delivery.
• Package Products: Meticulously package and label products to ensure accurate deliveries—no mix-ups! Use of RF Scanners
• Quality Check: Conduct thorough inspections of products and packaging, adhering to instructions to prevent delivery errors.

What We're Looking For:
• Dependability: A reliable and punctual team player who takes pride in their work.
• Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to accuracy and quality, especially when following instructions.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic machinery knowledge is a plus; training will be provided.
• Adaptability: Quick learner who can adjust to new processes and challenges.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety protocols in industrial environments.


Preferred Experience:
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing settings.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation skills for data entry and order tracking.
