Kelly Engineering is recruiting for a PLC Programmer for our growing client in Macon, GA. This client is doubling their production and needs to add to the team! As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our manufacturing processes across multiple production lines. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations, focusing on PLC systems and automation.
• Utilize project management software for project planning and resource management.
• Design, implement, and maintain PLC programming and HMI systems.
• Manage PLC-based hardware/software, with experience in various PLC systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PLC programming, process controls, and automated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and implement PLC programming solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize data analysis tools for process optimization.
• Work closely with automation products, specializing in PLC programming and integration with motion control, servo, and vision systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in high-speed manufacturing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong technical knowledge of PLC systems and automation.
• Experience with PLC programming and HMI systems.
• Familiarity with PLC-based hardware/software.
• Demonstrated experience in PLC programming, process controls, and automated systems.
• Expertise in automation products, including PLC integration with motion control, servo, and vision systems.
