Job Title: General Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Location: Sherman, TX
Pay: $16 - $20 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Position Overview: Kelly Services is seeking a reliable General Warehouse/Delivery Driver for our warehouse team. This position involves accurately pulling customer orders, staging them for delivery, and assisting with loading products for transportation.
Job Duties:
- Accurately pull customer orders according to paper pull sheets from the correct location in the warehouse.
- Stage orders for delivery, ensuring there are no errors.
- Assist in loading products onto box trucks or vans.
- Stock received products from vendors in the correct location while rotating stock per supervisor instructions.
- Deliver hot shot orders to customers.
- Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
- Serve as a back-up delivery driver when full-time drivers are on vacation or out sick.
- Report any accidents or damages to personnel or customer equipment immediately.
- Maintain productivity by staying busy and focused, minimizing excessive conversations with coworkers.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cell phone and tablet usage during work hours.
- Perform miscellaneous cleaning duties, including cleaning restrooms, sweeping and scrubbing floors, and maintaining warehouse bins.
- Know and assist in enforcing safety rules within the facility.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver's license with minimal or no recent violations.
- Strong reading and comprehension skills.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (hot in summer, cold in winter).
- Punctuality and limited or no non-vacation absences.
- Wear appropriate clothing (no loose, baggy, or inappropriate attire; company logoed shirts and hats required on delivery).
- Tattoos must be covered while on duty.
- No use of tobacco products while on duty or on company premises; these must be used off company grounds, including vape pens.
- Ability to take direction from supervisors and accept constructive criticism without becoming defensive.
