Pay: $23.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

What does a typical day as a Coordinator for PDC look like?
You'll be responsible for:

• Breakdown/Distribution of management and operator productivity reports.
• Assists the facility in various tasks, ie handling dealer claims, dealer order tracking/support, dealer return program, budget tracking, dealer contacts.
• Processes inbound and outbound carrier damage claims.
• Data entry for PDC reports, including Excel and Access based programs.
• Logs vacation requests and attendance isues.
• Manual filing, printing, etc.
• Filing of various documents, ie RFCs, BOLs, DRPs, etc.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel a major plus) coupled with a willingness to learn new processes and programs
• Enhanced customer focused skills, willingness to engage in and address issues as they arise
• A high school diploma
