Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join this team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 300 employees using ADP. This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of payroll processes, and a commitment to ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:

- Process bi-weekly payroll for around 300 employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Prepare and review payroll reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle the preparation and submission of certified payroll reports as required.

- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.
- Manage employee time-off balances and process requests for vacation, sick leave, and other leave types.

- Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll issues.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll procedures and systems navigation.

- Calculate and process all payroll deductions, including benefits, garnishments, and taxes.
- Ensure timely filing and payment of payroll taxes.
Qualifications:
Education:

- High School graduate, college a plus

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably using ADP systems.
- Experience managing payroll for a large employee base (300+ employees).

- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and other payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
