This is a direct hire Pattern Rigger position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Details:
•    Work Schedule:  Monday-Thursday 5:15am-3:30pm
•    Pay Rate:  $19-26/hr. based on skills and experience
•    Location:  Pewaukee, WI


Position Information:
•    Layout and construct patterns from wood, plastic, and metal materials
•    Assembly of patterns using hand and power tools
•    Measure layout and parts to confirm drawing requirements
•    Application of paint/coatings to patterns
•    Builds gauges, templates to aid in manufacturing
•    Builds, molds, and prototypes patterns and mold to aid in construction of equipment

Required Experience:
•    High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 
•    Completion of pattern making apprenticeship 
•    Previous experience in pattern rigging preferred, carpentry/woodworking skills is a plus
•    Ability to use basic math as well as concepts of basic algebra and geometry
•    Strong problem-solving skills
