Responsibilities
What's a typical day as Patient Support Reimbursement Supervisor? You'll be:
- Approving organization Travel Support Program Expense Summary Reports generated by the PSRS team.
- Providing support to cover for other PSRS Supervisors when they are out of the office, assisting team members with reimbursement cases, and offering direct feedback and coaching.
- Managing reimbursement escalations and appeals in collaboration with the Team Manager, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
Qualifications
