Job Title: Patient Services Representative
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic Patient Services Team as a Patient Services Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our patients. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Appleton, WI
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and coworkers.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to connect interoffice and house calls.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.
- Register patients calling in for appointments.
- Retrieve and verify insurance information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Patient Services Team Leader.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 20+ years of experience in customer service or medical office preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
