Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What's a typical day as Outsourcing Sales Manager? You'll be:
- Developing and executing the company's sales and brand promotion strategy to achieve overall business objectives and expand market share.
- Leading and managing the sales team, ensuring the successful attainment of sales targets and performance metrics.
- Supervising and guiding various sales and brand promotion teams, including telephone sales, online sales, and new media marketing.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have Business Process Outsourcing experience and have led and managed a team of more than 10.
- Must have over 5 years of BPO Sales experience
- Possess over 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a similar field (preferred).
