Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join our team at Cummins Power Generation in Fridley, MN.  We have Order Picker/Forklift Operator positions available on 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday!

  • 3rd shift: $21.60 / hour
  • Sunday Night-Friday Morning 11-7am 
  • Will be required to work Saturdays as needed based on business needs (typically 2 - 3 per month)
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires at least 6 months of Forklift and Order Picker operating experience (do not need to be certified)
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs; bending, squatting, kneeling, walking and standing in a warehouse environment 
  • Ability to work from heights - will be operating equipment needing to be raised to pick and pull from multi-level racking that can be up to a height of 30 feet
 

What's a typical day as an Order Picker/Forklift Operator? You'll be:

  • Driving a Forklift and other Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) such as an Order/Cherry Picker, Reach Forklift, Sit-down/Stand-up Forklift, Mule Cart, Turret Forklift
  • Receiving, stocking, storing, handling and labeling goods and materials in a warehouse environment
  • Picking, filling, and preparing orders in an accurate, thorough and efficient manner
  • Inspecting merchandise, checking for shortages, and damaged goods
