Description
To support the Operations ITOT Project Systems team with upcoming Merger, Acquisition, & Divestiture activities along with representing Project Systems in the planning, design, and implementation of the S4/Hana to replace the current ECC/SAP R3. Will also support Project Systems in run the business activities including trouble-shooting issues and updating training documentation.
Required:
• Competency in SAP R3 for the procurement and financial management of capital projects. (including project work breakdown structure, reporting, purchase requisitions / purchase orders, DoA, taxation)
• Knowledge in Materials Management and Contractor Labor Services
• Experience in IT
• Comprehension of the Procurement / Sourcing processes for material and labor/service requests and integration with project execution
• Understanding of the relationships between the different functions: Purchasing, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Finance, Tax, Requisitioners, Expeditors, Receivers
• Fast learner
• Team player with attention to detail and a result-oriented mindset
• Able to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with SAP S4/Hana
• Experience with Dow Project Systems
