Resumen General:
Únase como Operador Mecánico y desempeñe un papel fundamental en el apoyo a nuestros procesos de manufactura industrial. Estará involucrado en la mejora de procesos, actualizaciones de layout de instalaciones, configuración de equipos, pruebas, documentación, corrección de problemas y herramientas relacionadas. Este puesto ofrece la oportunidad de contribuir a la optimización de nuestras operaciones de producción y garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro y eficiente.

Deberes y Responsabilidades:

• Desempeñar tareas esenciales para apoyar a los mecánicos industriales y asociados de producción en sus tareas diarias. Set up de la maquina, ajustes y actualizaciones, pruebas de corrida, mantenimiento preventivo, corrección de problemas, entre otros.
• Documentar registros de asignaciones y resultados, incluyendo documentación detallada sobre materiales, partes utilizadas, conceptos, diseños, dibujos y procesos.
• Asistir en la fase de manufactura de nuevos equipos de producción, manejo y suplido de materiales inspección y operación de equipo industrial
• Identificar problemas de seguridad en las instalaciones de producción y sistemas de control, brindando apoyo en su resolución.
• Contribuir a procesos básicos de ingeniería industrial destinados a aumentar la eficiencia y el rendimiento en la manufactura.
• Mantener a los supervisores informados sobre el estado del trabajo o cualquier problema encontrado.
• Ejecutar tareas adicionales asignadas para apoyar las necesidades operativas.

Requisitos:

• Se requiere un Grado vocacional, certificado, técnico o asociado en las siguientes áreas: Electricidad, Mecánica Industrial, Electrónica, Mecánica Marina, Mecánica Automotriz, Refrigeración o Instrumentación
• Generalmente se requiere de 1 a 2 años de experiencia laboral en un campo relacionado.
• Fuerte atención al detalle y habilidades para resolver problemas.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa en un entorno de equipo y de cuarto limpio
• disponibilidad para turnos rotativos (1er- 2do -3ero) turnos de 8 horas, incluyendo fines de semana y días feriados. Disponible para tiempo extra de ser requerido.
