Medicare Agent

Location: Beaumont, TX + Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: Depending on experience + Commission

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Understand clients' needs and explain Medicare options 
• Plan Recommendations: Compare and recommend Medicare plans based on client needs and budgets.
• Enrollment Support: Assist with the enrollment process and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Education: Inform clients about Medicare coverage, services, and recent policy changes.
• Ongoing Support: Provide continuous assistance with coverage issues and claims.
• Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain client confidentiality.
• Marketing: Develop strategies to attract new clients and participate in community events.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid insurance license in the relevant state(s).
• Strong understanding of Medicare programs and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with insurance software and online platforms.
• Commitment to ethical practices.

Work Environment:
Meet clients in their homes, community centers, or virtually. Some travel required.
