Medical Receptionist
Job Summary:

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Appleton, WI
- Pay Rate: $20/Hour
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Support the team in creating a positive patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and medical management systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
