Job Summary:
Kelly® Services is ramping up for peak season! We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Material Handlers to join our team in Rincon, GA. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the manual movement of materials, supplies, and finished goods within our facility or onto trucks. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temporary
- Location: Rincon, GA
- Pay Rate: $15.00/hr. on 1st, $16.00/hr. on 2nd
- 1st Shift: 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, Saturday when required
- 2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 2:30am, Monday through Friday, Saturday when required
*Orientations are weekly. 1st shift will start at 7:45am and you will work until 5:30pm. 2nd shift will start at 2:30pm and you will work until 2:30am. These hours are for first day only.*
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform various material handling duties manually or using a hand truck.
- Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks.
- Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.
- Provide cleaning services, including sweeping floors, cleaning offices, and removing trash.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
- Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs. without restriction.
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching required.
- Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variations.
- Availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
