Material Handler
Livonia, MI
$18-$20/hr based on experience
Monday-Friday
Travel Required (Valid Chauffeurs license Required)
Direct Hire

Job Duties:
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the production area and warehouse.
• Operating forklifts or hand trucks to convey, move, or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.
• Assisting with pack-outs and deliveries.
• Supporting the warehouse with shipping and receiving.
• Performing any additional tasks as directed by management personnel.

Job Requirements:
• Have 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Have experience operating sit-down and zero turn forklifts.
• Possess computer skills and familiarity with cloud-based inventory systems.
• Have a valid Michigan Chauffeurs license. Will drive a box truck from time to time. 
• Can lift 25-35 lbs. unassisted.
• Are able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical
• Have good grooming and customer interface skills.
• Are willing to work overtime when necessary.
• MUST be able to travel up to 1 week per month (Food, lodging and transportation expenses paid for when traveling)
