Pay Rate: $24 per hour

What's a typical day as a Marketing Specialist You'll be:
- Management of the daily marketing operations and execution of client marketing projects ranging from digital advertising campaigns, content and asset creation, social media, marketing communications, and websites.
- Tracking and timely reporting of results of all marketing initiatives and recommending improvements as necessary to increase the overall success of marketing program efforts.
- Develops and maintains a high level of knowledge and expertise when it comes to best practices in all aspects of our marketing services and deliverables.
- Actively participates in client marketing meetings, particularly status reports on project timelines & deliverables and results sharing.
- Responsible for client satisfaction and flawless execution of marketing program deliverables and ensures all marketing project elements are in alignment with client strategies, brand guidelines and expectations.
- Works along-side Marketing Account Manager to develop detailed marketing plans, timelines and tracking of budgets.
- Models a professional and ethical behavior and maintain a professional appearance.
- Maintains work area in a neat, clean, and organized condition.
- Understands and follows all company and manufacturer's policies and procedures and assures compliance of all attendance & safety rules and regulations. Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and HIPAA protected information.
- Provides proper training, work direction, and technical guidance for less experienced employees. Attends in-house or Walman sponsored training meetings when necessary.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- BA or BS Degree in Marketing
- 1+ years' marketing, advertising or comparable business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Asana, Salesforce, Dropbox, MailChimp & WordPress preferred.
- Ability to create and adapt marketing materials for different platforms (print, digital, social media, etc.).
- Experience working with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Strong ability to assess marketing performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve results.
- A dedicated focus on understanding client needs and delivering marketing solutions that align with their business goals.
- High attention to detail in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
