My client is searching for a Marketing Manager who is ready to shape and drive our flooring brands to the next level.
In this dynamic role, you'll lead our marketing team, craft impactful campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:
Brand Management:

  • Define and maintain the unique identity flooring brands, ensuring a consistent brand strategy across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing:
  • Lead and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and emerging digital platforms.
Project Management:
  • Oversee marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Sales Enablement:
  • Create and distribute sales tools, marketing materials, and samples to support our national sales team, retail customers, and end consumers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Customer Focus:
  • Ensure all marketing strategies prioritize customer needs, preferences, and feedback to drive engagement and satisfaction.
Product & Market Strategy:
  • Align product development with channel and marketing strategies, leveraging trend analysis and market insights to guide decision-making.
Data Accuracy:
  • Maintain consistent and accurate product marketing data across all platforms, including internal databases and third-party sites.
Leadership:
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Vendor & Event Management:
  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors and coordinate participation in national and regional trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Budget Oversight:
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
Growth Opportunities:
  • Partner with the Senior Vice President of Sales to identify new market opportunities and develop scalable growth strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or related business roles, with a strong background in project management and digital marketing.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Critical Thinking & Strategic Planning: Ability to craft and execute forward-thinking marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication: Clear, compelling communication skills to influence stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Decision Making & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions under pressure and manage complex projects.
  • Attention to Detail & Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Team Leadership: Experience mentoring and leading a marketing team to drive high performance and creativity.
