Manufacturing Technician

Full-time w/ benefits- Compressed schedule
Day Shift: $17/hour plus 2 hours OT every shift.
Night Shift: $19/hour plus 2 hours of OT every shift.
Shifts include:
•SHIFT 4 - 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat)
•SHIFT 5 - 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Weds)
•SHIFT 6 - 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM (Weds, Thurs, Fri, and every other Sat)
•SHIFT 7 - 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Weds)
To assist with unit assembly, testing, inspection, tray and containment transfer.
The Manufacturing Technician will follow established schedules and procedures put together by our client to Operate complex equipment and analytical tools in an ESD Cleanroom environment.
Multi-tasked job responsibilities include:
Non-standard processing and problem-solving.
Processing of state-of-the-art device.
Material Handling.
Maximize output using constraint management techniques.
Sustain process equipment issues.
Training and cross training cluster members.
Contribute to a self-sustaining cluster team.
Candidate must be flexible and capable of handling multi-task operations and attention to detail is must.
Housekeeping activities: Ensure general cleanliness.
Good problem-solving ability is a must.
Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities.
Supporting team activities.
Basic math skills are required.

Computer Literacy.
Conditions & physical demands of job:
Constant walking and standing.
Occasional sitting and bending and twisting.
Must be able to lift and transport up to 20 lbs.
Frequently push a cart with a push force of up to 50 lbs.
Requirements for this position:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a 7 year criminal background check
- Must be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED or your highest level degree
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
