Salary: $45.00  per/hour

Overview

This client is Global Biopharmaceutical companywhose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases.

In this role you'll be responsible for provides characterization of process optimization strategies and/or troubleshooting of operational issues in the operations, manufacturing, pilot plant or capital projects environment.

This role will give you an opportunity totransform patients' lives through science by contribute with a global leading biopharma company powered by talented individuals who drive scientific innovation.

Schedule: 12hrs shift: 5pm a 530am
(Support non-standard shift organization including first, second, night, 12 hours and/or weekends shifts (24/7 operation).


Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Initiate and complete routine technical tasks.
  • Function as a technical expert to equipment or systems regarding troubleshooting operations.
  • Routinely audit the operational performance and regulatory compliance of a moderate number of equipment items or systems of significant complexity.
  • Work with Research, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Process Development, Utilities, Facilities, Quality Assurance and/or Validation departments in developing requirements and recommendations for system modifications.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2 years of of Engineering and/or Automation experience.
  • Ability to read and update electrical design packages including User Requirements (URS), Functional Specifications (FS), Design Specifications (DS), wiring diagrams, and P&ID.
  • Proficient in PLC Controller and HMI programming skills.
  • Candidates familiar with any of the following will be given preference:
• Batch Process Control and recipe management.
• Distributed I/O configuration and troubleshooting.
• Industrial communication protocols Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, and ControlNet.
• Rockwell Automation Factory Talk & ControlLogix PLC Platform.
• Rockwell Automation FTView SE and FTBatch systems.
• Rockwell Automation PanelView Plus.
• Data Historian - OSI PI Historian System and PI ProcessBook.
• Siemens TIA Portal HMI and S7 Controllers.
