Work Schedule:
l Job Duration- 6+ months  
l Shift: 1st Shift (Monday to Thursday)
l Pay rate: $15.10/hours

Job Description:
l The production associate has responsibilities including manufacturing, testing, and packing of products based on the work instructions. 
l Key responsibilities/essential functions include reading and following work procedures and schematics or receiving verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. 
l Performs manufacturing, assembly, or packing operations and various tasks following procedures, work instructions. 
l Records daily output. Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures. 
l Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency. 
l Other duties as assigned. 
l Comply with EHS regulations and policies including wearing required PPE. 
l Complete all necessary equipment in related area.

Required Qualifications: 
l High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent or 6 months of manufacturing experience. 
l Ability to communicate, receive, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions for duties. 
l Basic math skills required. 
l Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits. 
l Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership. 
l Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs., stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods. 
l Must be capable of steadily using their hands to operate and manufacture equipment. 
l Must be able to read and write simple statements. 
l Ability to make decisions and have sound judgment.

Dress Code: 
l This is a manufacturing facility and safety is our #1 priority. 
l OSHA approved steel toe or composite toe shoes and long pants that cover ankles and legs are required. 
l Safety glasses must be always worn on the production floor. 
l Long pants include jeans, slacks, uniform pants, etc. 
l Sweatpants, shorts, yoga pants, capris, etc., are not permitted. 
l Shirt sleeves must cover the shoulders and may not have offensive wording or images. 
l All clothing must be free from tears, including those designed with such. 
l Shorts, miniskirts, dresses, cropped tops, halter tops, spaghetti straps and open-toed shoes are prohibited.
