Ready to join a fast-growing aerospace manufacturer? We're seeking hands-on Manufacturing Assemblers to support production efforts in Clifton Springs, NY. If you're detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn, we want you!

Pay: $16–$22/hr (based on experience and shift)
Temp-to-Hire

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Training on 1st Shift)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Training on 1st or 2nd Shift)

Shift Differentials:

• 2nd Shift: +15%
• 3rd Shift: +20%

What You'll Do:

• Assemble mechanical parts using hand/power tools
• Read blueprints and follow instructions for assembly
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards
• Use measuring tools for precise assembly work
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Ability to work with hand tools and maintain a clean workspace
