This is a DIRECT HIRE position with starting Pay Rate: $27-35 per hour

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Process Technician? You'll be:
• Performing skilled activities to support manufacturing business needs
• Selecting and using appropriate tools, machinery, and specialty equipment with limited guidance
• Learning and understanding protocols for working safely with electricity and other energy sources in an industrial setting

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience
• Possess intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience
• Have experience monitoring and controlling production processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production targets
• Can troubleshoot process-related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Are knowledgeable about manufacturing processes and can implement changes to meet the function's needs and contribute to continuous improvement
