Payrate: $32/hr with $1.50 shift differential
Location: Mineral Point, WI
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday – Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
** If OT is scheduled you'll end at 1:00 am **

What's a typical day as a CNC Machinist? You'll be:

• Analyzing and manufacturing complex components using machine tool equipment
• Working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment
• Independently working or instructing and coaching others
• Promoting health, safety, and environmental standards
• Engaging in HSE Training
• Program, troubleshoot, and operate CNC equipment
• Diagnose and remedy operating troubles
• Work from drawings and specifications
• Apply appropriate safety procedures and practices
• Use precision measuring instruments
• Perform quality inspections
• Instruct and coach others
• Perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
• Maintain clean and orderly work area
•  Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints
• Solve problems and improve processes
• Communicate effectively with the team and support teams
• Participate actively in local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams
