Machine Operator – Corrugated Packaging – Rochester, NY
Pay: $17–$19/hr + Overtime | Temp-to-Hire | Multiple Shifts Available
We're hiring full-time Machine Operators – Corrugated Packaging to join a busy, well-respected production team in Rochester, NY. Great pay, steady hours, and real potential to grow. If you have experience working with machines or in manufacturing — or you're a fast learner — this could be the opportunity for you.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6am–2pm
- 2nd Shift: 2pm–10pm
- 3rd Shift: 10pm–6am
What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor production machines used in corrugated packaging
- Load/unload materials and keep equipment running smoothly
- Perform basic quality checks on finished cardboard products
- Stack and move completed boxes to designated areas
- Track inventory and report issues when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience operating machinery or working in a warehouse/production setting
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
- Good attention to detail and reliable work habits
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Open to overtime as needed
