1st shift
Rotating schedule for work-life balance: 7:15 am to 7:45 pm.
Week 1: Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat.
Week 2: Sun/Wed/Thurs

Summary: As a Manufacturing Operator, you will safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output. You will apply your knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions and ensure high-quality goods are produced.
What's a typical day as a Production Worker?
• Set-up, operate, and monitor various types of machines and specialized equipment
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization after each use
• Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect the quality of the product being produced or work being performed
• Troubleshoot problems that may occur, and repair issues as needed
• Follow safety procedures including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Operate forklift and pallet jack (training provided)
• Maintain records and documentation
• Notify supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues
• Follow SOP's, GMP's safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeeping procedures, and company rules of conduct
• Communicate with other team members, such as supervisors, quality control personnel, or other machine operators to coordinate production activities and ensure production goals are met
• Report food safety problems
• Participate in company training for food safety and plant safety

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/machine operation environment
• Possess knowledge of multiple jobs (preferred)
• Have ability to multitask
• Are able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and climb ladders if needed
• Have a HSD or GED
• Must be able to work in uncomfortable environments including hot, cold, wet and/or humid conditions. Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals will occur. Possible exposure to nut allergens.
