    Job Description:

  • Position:  M2 Bradley Junior Mechanic
  • Location: Fort Cavazos, TX
  • Duration:  12 months (temporary role with ability to extend or be directly hired)
  • Pay Rate:  $21.50 per hour ($4.27 H&W additional benefits)
  • Start Date:  as soon as possible or until Filled / Closed
  • Bradley Junior Mechanic (Helper): Assist mechanic with troubleshooting, repairing and ensuring Bradley Fighting Vehicles are in compliance with, production, customer and contractual requirements
  • Assist with routine tests and inspections, operating equipment and recording data
  • Candidate must present themselves in a professional manner at all times as we interface with the customer and work at a customer facility
  • Candidate must maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Must be able to obtain a Bradley Driver's License after proper training (provided on-site). Candidate must be able to obtain / qualify for a USG CAC (Common Access Card) to access US Military Installations and work sites
  • perform other duties as assigned by Leadership

  Requirements:
  • 91M (Bradley Fighting Vehicle) military experience and computer / knowledge is required. Candidate must have knowledge of the mechanics of either wheeled or tracked vehicles either through the military or civilian sector. Candidate must also have a general knowledge of how to operate a computer as they must be able to complete required training and daily timecard input without supervision
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a Bradley Fighting Vehicle Driver's License (training will be provided) and also eligible to obtain a USG CAC (Common Access Card) for access to USG Military Installations and work sites
  • Available for possible travel (Domestic: albeit minimal and there are no exceptions)
  • gain access to U.S. Military facilities (possible Military Clearance)
  • valid State Driver s License
  • standard employment background screening
  • U.S. Citizen; legally permitted to work in the U.S.
  • High School Diploma (or GED)

This is a contract position which offers:
