2nd shift hours 2pm-10pm OR 3pm-11pm

What's a typical day as Logistics Customer Service Rep? You'll be:
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office applications to manage customer accounts and documentation.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) and two years of industry experience (preferred).
• Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong customer service abilities.
